Joseph Giegerich, Managing Partner of Gig Werks, is considered an expert on the topic of business productivity infrastructure optimization and Microsoft Technologies. BPIO is a model and a methodology to guide companies to deploy IT as a coherent, connected solution, rather than as a reactive deployment of discrete products.  This methodology serves to ensure maximum value and ease of use for end users while achieving the lowest total cost of ownership.

Joe provides a regular series of webinars, and presentations for both Gig Werks and Microsoft on BPIO, SharePoint, Business Intelligence, and how to align IT investments with its objectives. Additionally, Joe Giegerich has been on the board of directors of the NY/NJ International Association of Microsoft partners for the last two years and serves as the NY State policy chair for the US chapter.

Henry Hilska, PMP
Director of Business Intelligence, Partner

Henry Hilska, PMP, one of the founding partners of Gig Werks, is a principal consultant providing project management and business analysis services to our clients.  He now also serves as the Director of Business Intelligence and Project Manager.  As a certified Project Management Professional, PMP, he has overseen a number of successful projects over the last few years and has been a key component in driving the growth of Gig Werks Business Intelligence practice.  He combines experience in both technology and business process in order to provide our clients a more complete perspective. 

Henry has an MBA from Fordham University and a BA from University at Buffalo in addition to 15 years of experience in Investment Banking prior to joining Gig Werks in 2001.

Peter McIntyre
Director of Integration Services, Partner

A 20 year veteran of the Industry, Peter McIntyre is and MCSE with advance certifications in Security, Communications and Messaging. Peter heads up Gig Werks infrastructure practice and has performed identity management and AD security design for our leading clients including the Metropolitan Transportation Authority of New York.
